Verve is delighted to announce that it is set to sponsor the new Sustainability category for the Marketing Institute of Ireland’s 2022 AIM Awards.

This new Sustainability Award will recognise marketing leadership and positive action in sustainable, responsible business - meeting the needs of consumers without hurting the future of our planet. Consumers have high expectations of brands and even more so when it comes to sustainability - with such a huge focus, globally, on the future of our planet and how we can all make a difference, businesses are also increasingly aware of the impact of their consumption on the environment.

Verve’s Sustainability Manager, Shane D’Alton says “Verve recognises the importance of implementing sustainable working systems that take responsibility for the effect we have on resources, society and the environment. As the only agency in Ireland to hold the ISO 20121 Sustainability Certification, this sponsorship opportunity was a natural fit for Verve and we are delighted to be part of the event.”

Speaking on behalf of the MII, David Field, CEO said, “We are delighted to have Verve on board as the sponsor of the Sustainability Award, a new AIM award in 2022. Every business must now demonstrate their responsibility in Ireland achieving our climate goals. This award will recognise the companies and brands that are demonstrating leadership in this space and how sustainable practices are impacting positively on their brand and business performance.”

The AIM Awards 2022 Call for Entry is open and entrants to the Sustainability Award should be able to demonstrate how the entire business was harnessed, including the brands and employees, to ensure the promotion of sustainability and how the impact of their actions has driven results and benefits to the business.
