smash is the IAPI members’ Employee Assistance Programme, or EAP. The smash EAP provides users with easy access to a wide variety of physical and mental health services as well as practical services to help you through a range of personal and work-related issues.

The smash EAP also specifically supports agency managers providing support and guidance in relation to better managing staff through both work and personal issues.

The EAP is available 24/7/365 and offers support to all IAPI Member’s agency staff and your dependent children once they are over the age of 16 and still living at home.

Having access to this EAP means you can reach the help you need directly, as and when you need it.

What Does Your EAP Offer?

A telephone helpline available 24/7/365.

Supports to employees, their partners and dependents over the age of 16 still living at home.

Access to the service through an engaging web portal, live chat or app.

Immediate access to confidential telephone counselling when appropriate.

Referral on to face-to-face, phone or video counselling when appropriate.

Accessing your smash EAP

You can access the EAP directly from your digital wellbeing platform and mobile app, or via a free telephone helpline. On the platform, you can request a callback and use the live chat facility.

This means that the service can respond to your needs at any time no matter where in the world you are. If you are asked for the ORG CODE and don’t have it saved contact keith@iapi.com
