Following on from our smash ON HAPPINESS event at the Mayson last Wednesday the 12th, we wanted to provide some of the key leanings and take outs from the morning presentations.

A lot of you asked specifically for the top tips provided by our keynote speaker Sheana Keane, so I've put her top 4 "Happiness Strategies" together here.

Before we start on the tips, I wanted to share some of the best quotes and results that we got from the short happiness survey that we circulated before the event.

Huge quo-dos to whoever it was that admitted seeing somebody tripping brought joy to their day!
