The focal point for any business is good recruitment. Bus Éireann takes this seriously with constant recruitment drives all across the country for various roles, across all levels, within their organisation. Connelly Partners, working on the campaign, recognised the significance of this subject in the ever changing, diverse Ireland of 2024. We set out to highlight the crucial role of marketing in talent attraction and pipeline building, as demonstrated by successful past campaigns bringing in a wide pool of potential candidates, ultimately improving the quality and quantity of applicants for key roles within organisations.

For this Driver Recruitment campaign, Connelly Partners wanted to capture the experience of becoming a driver for Bus Éireann, illustrating the support you receive every step of the way. It was important to use real employees from across the country, a true representation of the wonderful women who currently drive for the company and have made career changes from different industries.

The campaign end line ‘My best move. Yours too.” is about women inspiring women, that they too, can make this career change and enjoy the benefits of working in an organisation like Bus Éireann.
