She joined the ICAD Executive Board in 2022.

She says: “I took this role knowing that ICAD represents a hugely creative and ambitious bunch of people. Through new strategic collaborations and initiatives our goal is to champion our members even more effectively.”

He says: "As we usher in a new era at ICAD, I'm thrilled about the dynamic trio of Kasia, Sarah and Neil leading the charge. Their combined passion and expertise are a recipe for success, and I'm confident they'll guide ICAD to new creative horizons. Here's to the next chapter!"

The pair are joined by ICAD’s Executive Director, Neil Rooney, formerly of the Movember Foundation to deliver programmes and drive collaborations that benefit members both professionally and personally, while advancing the Irish creative industry as a whole.

With the Irish Audio Awards, EDAs, Creative Shorts, ICADemy, Upstarts Programme and Exhibition, as well as ICAD’s 66th Awards, planned for 2024, Ozmin says: “I’m looking forward to the collective support in creating ICAD’s next chapter. It’s going to be a great year.”
