Prior to moving to Dublin, Gropo worked in the most prestigious agencies in Germany and Brazil for several national and international clients including Heineken, P&G, Vodafone and BMW. His work has been recognised with over 100 creative awards, including 2 Cannes Gold Lions. He has represented Germany in Cannes Young Lions Digital and created a European top five campaign for creativity by WARC. He was also Head of Creative at numa, leading the design team remotely with team members across Europe.

Since joining Publicis Dublin he has been a key member of the team producing innovative and award-winning and work for brands including Virgin Media and Heineken as well as being involved in a number of new business wins. In his spare time Pedro is passionate about art with a particular focus on Tech, 3D and animation, and his work has been featured in Berlin galleries and online exhibitions.

This appointment comes on the back of significant new business success for the agency, with wins including Laya, Electric Ireland and ESB.
