The Role

The Activation Team, part of Core Creative, offers a Full Solutions service to a huge range of clients across the public sector and also a number of high-profile commercial clients. This role is a key position in the team, helping to deliver the day-to-day operation of client accounts. Ideally with two years media planning experience, the role will see you working alongside an experienced team of account handlers as you deliver a full suite of media advice, planning, buying and creative solutions.

Unique within Core, we not only plan and buy the bulk of our own media but we also produce a significant volume of assets for print, digital, radio and social media. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established long-term business that prides itself on developing and training the team to the very highest of standards.

Core Creative is a team of specialists focused on bringing brilliant creative solutions to life. The team partners with other Core Practices to help our clients build their brands into tangible business results. The Creative Client Manager reports into the Client Director and assists in managing all activities associated with servicing clients.

Your profile

Experience

  • Minimum of 1-3 years’ previous Creative Agency experience with proven track record.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in managing large scale, complex creative campaigns is essential
  • Previous experience with relevant marketing tools
  • Ability to write comprehensive and insightful briefs

  • Be a confident communicator
  • Be able to demonstrate an understanding and knowledge of current advertising theory and the application of this knowledge in day-to-day work
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Display the ability to think creatively and innovatively
  • Possess good presentation skills – assist in presenting insights to clients
  • Good listener - ability to understand client’s objectives
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Understands the importance of upskilling
  • Can think on their feet to make the right decision quickly
  • Be responsive to requests

Salary Range

€33,000 - €44,000
