This course is designed to help you to:

• Identify areas of leadership modeling & practice that can be developed with focused and targeted attention.
• Build your ability to engage your teams and foster higher levels of performance.

• Utilises a tool for gauging levels of trust, readiness for conflict, commitment, accountability and result focus for practical assessment and development

This training is partially subsidised by Design Skillnet - this grant is allowing us to provide a lot of free training to IAPI members over the next few months. To facilitate as many agencies as possible benefiting from this training there will be a limit applied per agency for registration to these free sessions. Danica has coauthored books and training resources on Myers Briggs Type Indicator MBTI©). She contributes to a variety of training and business publications and is regularly invited to speak at conferences on organisational culture and change. Danica is a member of the Institute of Directors of Ireland, the Irish Institute for Training and Development and the Association for Coaching.

Danica is licensed to use a number of instruments including MBTI Step I©, MBTI Step I© (to train the trainer level, coauthor of Introduction to Type and Conflict trainer resource and book), Predictive Index (PI©), Acumen 360 and FIRO B.
