- Understand fully why each of these nine D&I metrics is important for business
- Discover the key barriers facing different groups of people in the workplace
- Gain an understanding of your own biases, so you can begin to make changes to your own behavior's if and when appropriate
- Receive clear actionable tips and guidelines to help facilitate change in your organization
- Access further resources to continue your personal journey, whether as a member of a group or as an ally.

How do you book onto and access the qualification?
Please select your intake from the ‘Intakes’ drop down on this page and proceed to checkout. Once booked, you can access and start your online learning via the IPA website. To access, please head to your personal IPA portal via the profile icon and click on ‘Training’. Or, visit your personal Training page.
Please note that your access to the online learning will expire on your intake end date, or when you achieve the Certificate, whichever is sooner. Please view the Diversity and Inclusion Essentials Certificate Qualification Policies for further details.
