Contemporary communication is multi-faceted and complex. Strategic media planning that amplifies creativity / innovation in PR has become a necessary tool in the marketers’ armoury to maximise their reach and share of voice.

Join us in the Spencer Hotel on Thursday 2nd November for this superb showcase of how you can overlay a great PR campaign with paid media once it has earned attention. Flying in from Toronto to join us for this one-off event is Andrew Simon, Edelman’s Global Creative Director, Chair of the Advertising & Design Club of Canada and 2023 Cannes Lions PR Jury Member.

Andrew will present some world-class case-studies and share valuable insights emphasising the importance of core ideas and creativity in driving real-world impact.

Andrew’s keynote speech will be followed by a panel discussion with local Irish experts representing Media, PR, and Brands to discuss how the disciplines can collaborate effectively.

Our panelists include Kelli O'Keeffe, Managing Director for Teneo Ireland; Niall Tracey, Director of Demand Development for Fáilte Ireland; and Gemma Gilmore, Board Director for Spark Foundry.

To successfully solve business problems, it takes truly insightful and unexpected thinking to drive communications that can stand a chance against the millions of stimuli bombarding all of us every day. To be recognised, creativity is not a nice-to-have — it’s an imperative. And it’s never just about earned impressions alone. It takes innovative ideas to change minds and ultimately behaviour. Andrew will show us examples of the right message delivered in the right way. And the results when you get it right are truly something to behold!
