Trading and Accountability Executive

As a Trading and Accountability executive you will be an integral part of the team at OMG, reporting to the Trading and Accountability Manager (and head of the department at required).

Accountability (circa 80% of time commitments)

- Assist in managing accountability and auditing reporting across all clients

- Includes raw data collation and cleaning for Radio, Print, OOH and Cinema

- Co-ordinating raw data collation for Digital and TV.

- Reviewing with Accountability and Trading Manager and sending data to auditors and central Accountability team

- Quality control of data

- Liaising with Auditors/Central Accountability team and planning teams on queries after data is supplied.

- Liaise with planning teams to deliver Exception reports, Client spend forecasts and Market Context Analysis

- Assist with market inflation reporting

- Assist with baseline creation for new vendors

Trading (circa 20% of time commitments)

- Regular analysis of delivery vs commitments

- Engaging with planning teams to help better forecasting and ensure planning is in line with commitments

Key Skills required

- Numeracy: essential element of the role.

- Excel/MS Office – high competency level required.

- Attention to Detail - ability to ensure calculations are accurate, finding anomalies in large sets of data and correcting.

- Ability to multi-task under pressure - timely decision making, while not compromising the quality of work.

- Managing multiple deadlines – meeting local and central data delivery deadlines across a range of clients on an ongoing basis

- Problem Solving skills - creativity around solutions to issues and ability to minimise problems before they occur.

- Curiosity - About the media market and audience consumption

- Results driven - ability to thrive in a results-based market is essential, competitive streak.

- Team player - the role of Trading and Accountability Executive will involve working with internal planning teams, media owners, auditors and OMG central Accountability teams in London.
