UM is a media communications agency located in Dublin City Centre.   • The Senior Digital Account Executive will work closely with the Senior Digital Account Manager, Account Director and Business Director to manage the day-to-day running of their accounts in particular Fitbit EMEA
  • They will be responsible for helping to implement campaigns from planning all the way through to the delivery of the final media report for countries in the EMEA region
  • The successful candidate will need to be an exemplary, organized and innovative digital media enthusiast. They will have a real passion for all aspects of digital media


Planning and Buying

  • Plan/buy campaigns across all digital channels (Partnerships, Display & Video Programmatic, Social, PPC)
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of all campaigns across the region
  • Coordinating digital specs and final asset delivery ensuring campaigns go live on time
  • Develop and present campaign performance reports to clients across all digital campaigns
  • Reconcile digital media performance from key media suppliers
  • Reconcile digital media budgets, billing and finance management
  • Implementation of all activity across all markets including trafficking sheets, tag implementation, pixel deployment, DCM reporting, liaising with Digital Specialists & Vendors, as well as all activity reporting etc. across EMEA region
  • Liaising with ad operations on campaign set up, ensuring campaigns are correctly managed.

Client and Account Management

  • Proven track record building relationships with client contacts
  • Manage day-to-day contact with clients and coordinate requests required from trading and online teams
  • Send regular competitive updates to clients and monitor media channels for current competitive activity
  • Implement plan changes and keep all media plans accurate and up to date
  • Manage all digital client billing and finances
  • Manage and ensure flawless implementation of all administrative tasks (status meetings, finance, data reporting)

  • Competent in Excel, PPT, Word and Outlook, DCM. Knowledge of all relevant media research/tools available desirable (e.g. Ad Dynamix, TGI, Nielsen, comScore etc.)
