An exciting opportunity has opened up to join the agency’s Business Partnership team in a more senior capacity. As Senior Client Manager, you will take a leading role across multiple projects, collaborating closely with a range of specialists in creative, strategy, social, tech and content. This position will support key accounts including Fáilte Ireland, a flagship client of the agency.
As a Senior Client Manager, you’ll be a driving force behind the day-to-day operations of your account portfolio - ensuring best-in-class delivery across all touchpoints. You will partner directly with Client Directors and Heads of Department, leading communications, overseeing team workflow, and supporting the strategic development of client relationships. You’ll play a central role in mentoring junior team members, resourcing departments, managing budgets and invoicing, and ensuring all client needs are met with insight, creativity and efficiency.
We’re seeking someone with strong commercial acumen, who is confident, proactive, and collaborative - someone who can hold the room, solve problems on the fly, and nurture strong partnerships internally and externally.
Role Requirements
- Proven experience leading complex, integrated projects across digital, social, and content channels
- Deep knowledge of creative development, production workflows, and delivery across multi-platform campaigns
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and a hands-on approach to project ownership
- Ability to manage resourcing and workflow across multiple agency departments
- Exceptional communication and client-facing presentation skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and a solutions-first mindset
Preferred Experience & Qualifications
- 4+ years’ experience in a creative, digital, or brand-side marketing environment
- Experience managing large-scale campaigns and fostering long-term client relationships
- Degree in marketing, communications or a related field
- Experience with travel, tourism and the public sector
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: €50,000 to €60,000, depending on experience
