About You:

You’re an experienced B2B Marketer, who understands mar-tech solutions and knows how to manage inbound/content campaigns to drive top of funnel leads. You demonstrate critical thinking capability for excellent B2B copy and creative. You understand B2B methodologies like Demand Generation, Account Based Marketing and Customer Success. You have a point of view and the confidence to influence, with great client-management skills. You dedicate time to up-skilling junior team members.

About the Role:

This is a great opportunity to join a fast growing team leading B2B marketing thinking in Ireland. The Senior Account Manager reports into the Business Director for Atomic Beta, with core responsibility for delivering client projects to successful completion in an efficient and timely manner. This important role sits within a busy team, so the position requires excellent communication skills, demonstrable ability to consult on best in class B2B marketing creative and design, as well as the ability to maintain a client-focused mindset.

Primary Objectives:

  • Take ownership of Atomic Beta client projects with strong vision, leadership and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate best in class client relationship management skills, ensuring client satisfaction is maintained at all times.
  • Obsessed with delivering world class projects on time and within budget.

Essential Capabilities:

  • Drive best in class B2B marketing campaigns with key Atomic Beta clients
  • Create and manage project timelines with client and creative team
  • Demonstrate a keen eye for design and B2B copy & content, with confidence to push back and advise
  • Proactively manage budgets, profitability and internal efficiency
  • Craft concise client briefs capturing all project objectives accurately
  • Assess and take ownership over any assets being delivered back to clients
  • Communicate client feedback effectively and efficiently internally
  • Update and advise clients on project status and delivery
  • Contribute to up-skilling and training junior team members
  • Have an opinion and the confidence to influence
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
