Digitize New Media is looking for a highly motivated Account Manager to join our Spotify Sales team. You will be responsible for assisting the sales cycle from client outreach to campaign oversight, and ultimately ensuring repeat revenue. The role includes strategic planning, sales, project management, consultative client service and selling. You must be professional, highly organised, and motivated.

You will:

• Deliver best-in-class customer service to your portfolio of clients, ensuring campaigns meet objectives & lead to incremental revenues

• Become a Spotify process and product expert who can consult with clients throughout the sales cycle

• Develop a strong relationship with your internal team and the global Spotify support team

• Proactively pitch for new business and drive growth in the market

• Provide ongoing, comprehensive portfolio, campaign insights, and key takeaways to clients and the Spotify team

• Regularly attend client meetings and participate in client entertainment to deepen client relationships as a trusted and valued partner

• Partner with your Sales Director and Spotify support team in account planning exercises

• Adhere to the internal best practice guidelines, processes, and operating cadences

You will have:

• A min. of 18 months in Advertising/Media Sales or a related area

• Experience in managing sales revenue targets

• Track record in building, maintaining, and progressing a healthy sales pipeline

• Ability to manage clients and present strategic recommendations

• Ability to manage multiple projects at a time and work under pressure

• A passion for Digital Media

• Professionalism, accountability, and a strong sense of responsibility for you and your work

• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

• The ability to thrive in a deadline and detail-oriented environment

• A belief in the power of teamwork, and be a team player

• Excellent skills in PowerPoint and Excel, plus experience with CRM’s, Ad Servers on other Digital Tech systems
