Team includes Full Stack Engineers and Project Managers to act as interruption blockers for them.We use Newrelic, Airbrake, Trello, Browserstack, Metabase, self hosted Gitlab, git pull request , ECS, EC2, S3, Cloudfront, Lambda and many others.

Role Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to deliver the highest quality, robust web applications for our clients.

Your Main Areas of Accountability:
Very strong coding background in Ruby and the Rails ecosystem. Ability to work closely with the business to achieve results.

Provide high-quality, well-structured, well-documented code

Excellent verbal and written communications skills are critical as you will be working across functional teams within the company.

Assist in mentoring junior developers by encouraging collaboration, participation and creative thinking.

Experience interfacing with various back-end technologies, frameworks and services.

Must demonstrate the ability to master new / emerging technologies, and take initiative to offer technical direction and creative solutions.

Work Ethic: We are a small team and you will be expected to work hard.

You will be experienced in Agile and/or comfortable going from idea to implementation in days, not months.

What You’ll Produce:

Web applications, large and small for our clients

API integrations with 3rd party providers

Prototype and test new technologies and platforms

The Decisions You’ll Make:

The correct course of action to tackle a problem

How to most efficiently build a function on existing and new projects
