Background to the Role

Havas Media are delighted to be recruiting for a Programmatic Specialist. This is a very exciting opportunity to work with one of the leading global agency networks, alongside an award-winning team of Havas performance specialists.

Withing this role you will be responsible for campaign implementation, analysis, optimisation, delivery and evaluation across programmatic activity, including display, video, YouTube, audio, programmatic OOH.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the creation and management of programmatic campaigns to effectively deliver client objectives and targets.
  • Liaise with global Havas teams & 3rd party suppliers in digital campaign set up.
  • Drive best practice on your clients, and through your team; specifically, improving the quality of campaign delivery, innovation, and automation.
  • Develop and plan holistic programmatic strategies largely independently, but with the support of your line manager where required.
  • Oversee and/or execute the optimisation of campaigns.
  • Develop a rich understanding of your clients’ audience and the consumer journey for their vertical, always striving to deliver richer insight to clients.
  • Help to drive innovation and creative solutions, ensuring media firsts and beta use.
  • Oversee accurate and timely finance administration and budgeting.
  • Be the day-to-day contact for client service team, leading, maintaining, and growing strong relationships.
  • Attend client facing presentations on strategy, campaign recommendations and results when required.
  • Contribute towards wider team initiatives where required, i.e., team training, award entries, attending industry events etc.

Experience Required

  • 1 years’ experience, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Knowledge/experience of programmatic media required, additional knowledge of search and social is desirable, but not required.
  • Proven experience of working with enterprise level clients and large budgets.
  • Extensive experience across DV360 and other Google products.
  • Good numeracy skills with strong knowledge/ experience of MS Excel.
  • Passion for, and a wide understanding of, all aspects of digital media.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise workload across your team.
  • Excellent communicator – written and verbal, with the ability to present confidently.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Thorough attention to detail.
