About The Role:

Omnicom Media Group Programmatic is experiencing rapid growth and is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Programmatic Executive. This person will be responsible for supporting the implementation and management of programmatic campaigns, supporting with client and agency requests, reporting, and finance processes.

This person will wear many hats with a focus on flawless execution and an eye for detail ensuring performance, budgets and finances are all accurate while also guiding client strategies while meeting and exceeding their client's daily, short and long-term objectives.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

• Campaign execution, optimisation, and analysis

• Work with the team to ensure campaign work is built on time and on strategy

• Analyse ongoing results to ensure budget pacing and performance is met

• Develop and build a strong understanding of the programmatic media landscape.

• Trafficking of creative through ad servers or other technology platforms

• Compile and ensure effective delivery of reporting as agreed with account lead

• Develop relationship with programmatic partners (buying platforms, data, etc.); be able to plan campaigns based on partner(s) technology capability/functionality

• Develop, manage, and coordinate campaign strategies

• Budget monitoring and finance reconciliation on a regular basis

• Supporting in ad-hoc requests from the client or agency teams

Requirements:

• 1+ years working experience in ad operations, media, marketing or research/analytical role

• Exemplary time management skills, able to prioritise and work well under pressure

• An organised individual with excellent attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills

• Have strong organisational skills as applied through an ability to manage multiple projects at once

• Be confident in analysing and acting on marketing data

• Experience in Microsoft packages, in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Fluent in English, additional languages advantageous
