Job Title: PPC Account Director

Provide strategic thought leadership and best in class PPC solutions for high profile global brands. Lead, inspire and develop PPC account teams in order to deliver best-in-class PPC implementation and optimisation to iProspect clients. Improve existing and drive new client performance, ensuring we retain and grow clients by developing them and implementing effective long and short-term plans. Role model the behaviours and decision-making capabilities required to enable collaboration across teams and brands, ensuring all growth, people, customer and financial targets are met.

Your Main Areas of Responsibility & Accountability

Campaign Strategy

Act as strategic lead for all PPC accounts within your responsibility

Ensure integration of PPC strategies with other media channels, both online and offline

Work closely with client leadership teams and planning teams across the group

Account Management

Own the relationship with senior clients across your respective PPC accounts

Oversee development of annualised PPC account plans for clients

Act as final point of escalation for all client servicing issues within teams

Oversee core client business handling by PPC Account Managers

Ensure quality of implementation for PPC working to a defined process

Ensure the timely and accurate management of all financial aspects of accounts within your remit (budget management, supplier management, invoicing etc.)

Product Development

Oversee operational process to ensure the smooth delivery of our PPC offering

Test and deploy search technology and suppliers for iProspect Ireland

Produce and / or contribute to research pieces and POVs as required

New Business

Participate in new business processes including RFI / RFP responses and pitch meetings

Work with other channel directors to identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell other performance media channels offered by iProspect

Performance Management

Ensure that each team member of the team has annual objectives and a personal development plan and professional training, development and education

Ensure delivery of minimum performance standards across the team

Ensure each team member achieves and maintains the appropriate practitioner certification (e.g. Google Ads, GAP, DS, Marin etc.).
