Performance Account Director

Job Description:

Your Purpose
Drive client revenue and profitability that delivers business value for the client and the DAN+ commercial agenda. Deliver outstanding client service, innovative and ambitious client solutions collaborating with a broad team to meet the objectives of both clients and the business. Role model the behaviours and decision making capabilities required to enable collaboration. Ensure all growth and other key people, customer and financial targets are met.

Your Main Areas of Responsibility & Accountability

•Support the global client team to deliver on the needs of the client globally.
•Lead and manage the coordination of internal specialist teams and local market teams in delivering performance for the client.
•Primary lead on performance activation, minimising error and risk, ensuring consistent and accurate adherence to process.
•Lead on approach to and delivery of client reporting of media performance, ensuring timely, insightful, performance focused analysis of actionable insight.
•Contribute to the monitoring and review of resourcing required to deliver on the needs of the client.
•Lead the management of tech / platform projects (e.g. tagging / re-platforming etc.)
•Create and deliver a differentiated, innovative, strategic and commercial client value proposition.
•Ensure the planning process is overseen from project planning to implementation and delivery.
•Develop and cultivate client relationships, ensuring that the client scope of work is being met to a consistently high standard and within the contractual terms and ensuring the communications planning process is executed.
•Oversee the writing of all briefs to be delivered to the specialist teams
•Be the owner of the overall media plan (with support from Client Managers) coordinating media plans inputs from the specialist teams, ensuring accuracy and a plan that reflects the overall strategy and how that has been translated into a composite plan•Manage the audit and PCA process
•Ensure that the operational finance process on clients is smooth and error free. Lead issue resolution.
•Create an environment where people grow intellectually, personally, creatively and inclusively
