The Role:

We’re looking for someone who is highly motivated and passionate about social & digital media in general to join our growing team. This role requires management of the daily output of the agency (execution and service) to ensure consistent delivery of the highest standards. Management of processes and excellent attention to detail are essential to ensure best in class delivery for Core’s clients. We also require strong collaboration and communication with the wider team.

Overall you will have 2+ Years Digital buying experience with a knowledge of social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Pinterest). Experience in managing digital buying campaigns is essential as well as excellent knowledge of optimization techniques for social campaigns.

What we'll want you to do:

  • The Core Social Buying team is responsible for the activation, optimisation and analysis of social media campaign activity for key clients across Core.
  • You will be responsible for efficient implementation of social campaigns.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail in relation to all aspects of the role including monitoring client budgets, performance and ensuring all client orders are correctly updated on relevant systems.
  • Manage ongoing optimisation & recommendations towards client KPIs and targets.
  • Use research insights to uncover opportunities for the business and / or its clients.
  • Be instrumental in building out efficiencies and processes in the Social Team, working with the wider Investment Teams and other agencies.
  • Work closely with agency planners to educate them on our Social Offering.
  • Proactively keep up to date with social industry trends, best practices and understand how they can be applied to accounts.
  • Inspire the team by building strong relationships across the business, proactively working for the team by focusing on finding solutions, contributing to others’ knowledge by sharing research and insights.

Overall Skills:

  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel along with Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong ability to multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Highly numerate and analytical
