Job Title: Paid Social Account Director

Main Areas of Responsibility & Accountability:

  • Campaign Strategy
  • Act as lead for all paid social accounts within your responsibility
  • Ensure integration of paid social strategies with other media channels, both online and offline
  • Work closely with client leadership teams and planning teams across the group
  • Account Management
  • Own the relationship with senior clients across your respective accounts
  • Oversee development of annualised account plans for clients
  • Act as point of escalation for all client servicing issues within teams
  • Oversee core client business handling by Account Managers
  • Ensure quality of implementation for paid social working to a defined process
  • Ensure the timely and accurate management of all financial aspects of accounts within your remit (budget management, supplier management, invoicing etc.)
  • Product Development
  • Oversee operational process to ensure the smooth delivery of our paid social offering
  • Test and deploy technology and suppliers for iProspect Ireland
  • Produce and / or contribute to research pieces and POVs as required
  • New Business
  • Participate in new business processes including RFI / RFP responses and pitch meetings
  • Work with other channel directors to identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell other performance media channels offered by iProspect

  • Ensure that each team member of the team has annual objectives and a personal development plan and professional training, development and education
  • Ensure each team member achieves and maintains the appropriate practitioner certifications
