Havas Media are delighted to be recruiting for a Media Executive position. This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic person to learn and develop within the client service team with one of the leading global agency networks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, and the successful candidate will be provided with training and support to build a career within the business.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing support to the Account Directors and Account Managers, working across a variety of clients and campaigns.
- Actively participate to the planning, implementation, reporting, and administration of campaigns.
- This will include working with the wider team of internal specialists, media owners and clients during all steps of the process to deliver quality and innovative solutions for our clients.
- Attending and participating in client briefing and status calls.
- Be one of the day-to-day points of contact for clients, responding to their requests in a timely manner and helping to proactively manage client expectations.
- Generating bookings and sending PO’s to suppliers.
- Take full ownership of the monthly competitive reporting and delivering work to clients that is highly accurate. An ability to understand and analyse data in detail to provide insights to clients, highlighting key trends and commentary on findings.
- Undertaking additional projects beyond client responsibilities as requested (new business pitches, market reviews, consumer, and category trends).
Skills Required:
- Attention to detail is the key skill needed for this role.
- The desire to work as part of a team is important, as is feeling comfortable working on your own initiative when required.
- Good time management skills and the ability to work to deadlines are required
- A strong interest in learning about the media business and keeping up to date on the new developments in all media channels.
- An ambition to challenge themselves and progress through the business.
