Reporting to: Managing Director


• Financial performance reporting for Month end, Year to date and forecast for P&L and Balance Sheet

• Detailed P&L review and variance reporting against budget and prior year

• Preparation of reports for finance meetings and board meetings

• Management of Audit 2021 process with external auditors (Feb/March 2022). This includes preparation of audit files, back up schedules, completion of pre and post audit questionnaire’s, engagement with audit team, ensuring all queries are addressed in a timely manner.

• Dealing with Tax Advisors and other external consultants when necessary

• Provide relevant reports as required by Board of Directors

• Ensuring month end close off dates adhered to in all areas

• Weekly and Monthly cash flow management for the agency

• Dealing with the Bank on all relevant matters

• Manage online banking systems

• Maintenance of Fixed Asset register

• Provide financial information required in preparation of tender documents

• Management of Finance Department and oversight of all functions

• Supporting commercial negotiations with customers and other third parties

• Liaising with finance software providers

• Review of monthly payroll

• Review of new employee contracts and contractor service agreements

• Ad-hoc HR queries- dealing with outsourced HR consultants


• Qualified Accountant (ACA or ACCA)

• Minimum of 5+ years PQE in a similar finance role

• Advanced Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office

• Experience in managing a finance team with good oversight of all functions in the department

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and numerical abilities

• Experience with integrated accounting software systems

• Detail oriented with strong organisational and multi-tasking skills

• The ability to work well as part of a small team

Type: Full-time (fixed term)

Salary: TBC depending on experience

Other: 20 days holidays pro-rata (excluding Christmas break and bank holidays)
