Job Description:

Purpose of the Role

To develop and lead best in class display strategy, planning and campaign management to achieve set KPIs. To ensure the effective integration of display activity into the overall strategy across a portfolio of clients. To consistently innovate within the display channel and to contribute to the continued evolution of our overall display offering. To support the wider business and to role model the behaviours and decision making capabilities required to enable collaboration across teams, specialists and brands.

Your Main Areas of Responsibility & Accountability

To develop and own the overall strategy and approach to display within the team

To work collaboratively with client teams and other specialist / channel teams to deliver best in class display strategy and planning in the context of the overall client strategy defined

To manage workload within the team and provide oversight and quality assurance of all team outputs including planning, campaign management, reporting, analysis and insight.

To ensure the application of best practice, innovation and a programmatic-first approach to all display activities within the team

Accountable for the achievement of KPIs, deadlines and SLAs

Own the display strand of media audit processes for your client portfolio

Liaise with, and build strong relationships with, client teams and other channel teams

Similarly build and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers

Stay abreast of changes in the digital marketing landscape in particular as they relate to display

Ensure team adherence to group trading strategies and initiatives

Manage and develop direct reports with overall responsibility for team development and the career development and advancement of those within the team

Contribute to new business development activities as required
