Mediaworks are currently looking to hire a Senior Digital Client Manager to join their busy team. In this role, a successful candidate will be responsible for the development and management of digital media strategies for award winning clients within Mediaworks.

This role assumes responsibility for the day-to-day management of clients’ digital media requirements. It requires management of processes, excellent attention to detail and time management skills to ensure best in class delivery for clients.

Senior Client Managers require strong collaboration and communication with the wider team, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and peers. The ideal candidate should have 4+ years’ digital marketing experience in a similar role. The ability to manage processes and projects is a necessity and a focus on performance metrics is ideal. Excellent communication skills are essential and the candidate needs to have a hunger to deliver the best possible work for our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The role of Digital Senior Client Manager assumes the following responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of clients’ business and marketplace, and digital’s role in meeting business objectives
  • Project manage a campaign from start to finish including the creation of the digital media strategy (considering the integration between the likes of programmatic, high impact display, social media and content)
  • Ensure the continuous delivery of the highest standard of output – in particular with the development and execution of our media plans and reports - included in this is ensuring appropriate and seamless integration of our digital activity within the full client communication strategy
  • Along with the Client Director(s), manage workflow for the team and the many integral teams we collaborate with
  • Ensure strong and highly collaborative relationships with media owners to ensure the highest standard of innovation and delivery

MEDIA KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • Previous media experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in digital media planning and buying for a minimum of three years
  • Knowledge of the broader digital disciplines is very beneficial
  • Previous experience in a management role
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good presentation skills
