The purpose of this role is to take responsibility for developing & executing effective cross-channel digital strategies & then overseeing that these strategies perform in terms of client expectations & KPI’s. The Digital Platforms Manager also has important responsibilities in terms of managing communication with clients and developing these relationships on an ongoing basis. With support from Digital Executives, this role will involve training & up-skilling the team. Key Responsibilities

• Main POC for social media campaigns, proposals & requests across digital clients.

• Manage & support Digital Platforms Executives in their day to day responsibilities.

• Build relationships with digital clients through effective communication – calls, meetings & presentations as part of the relevant team.

• Liaise with the strategy team at the development stage of media plans – feed in recommendations & insights from tools & past campaign reports.

• Innovation – researching new digital technologies & formats and communicating these to clients & Havas Media team.

• Responsible for using Google/Adobe Analytics across digital clients, including daily monitoring when in campaign & feeding insights into strategy & planning team.

• Setting digital KPI’s for clients & ensuring that these are achieved or exceeded.

• Responsible for gathering digital insights from TGI/ Google stack as required.

• Working as part of teams for future pitches with involvement from the start - responsible for developing relevant sections of response documents & taking part in presentations.

• Liaising with Havas central teams in relation to digital requirements for global clients.

• Supporting in ensuring the accuracy of digital bookings & billings.

Key Experience & Skills


2+ years’ experience in a relevant digital role - agency experience preferable.

Experience in exceeding client expectations in terms of digital performance & service.

Experience in researching, setting up and optimising multi-channel digital campaigns.
