WHO DO WE NEED?

We are seeking an additional Digital Performance Manager who can contribute to our specialist digital teams; activating a holistic approach across channels and working in true partnership with our clients.

The role is across 4 key areas;

1. Client Success

  • Work with teams to ensure digital performance services are being delivered to the highest possible standards.
  • Actively manage client performance campaigns to the highest standards to meet KPI’s.
  • Delegate client work effectively to junior team members.
  • Design timely reports and oversee the delivery of such reports while ensuring tracking, tagging, attribution is demonstrated and accurate.
  • Identify areas for client growth within the performance channels.
  • Establish relationships with clients in order to ensure trust and collaboration. Ensure appropriate support is being provided, within the scope of our agreements.
  • Work to proactively influence & set client expectations
  • Demonstrate thought leadership with clients by contributing to client industry/market research findings.
  • Deliver on agreed client objectives, understand challenges, and needs to actively participate in long-range strategic planning for clients.
  • Participate in senior-level client meetings and attend regular client status meetings as appropriate.
  • Deliver QBR’s/periodic reviews.
  • Collaborate with global teams where applicable to understand processes, requirements, and responsibilities.

2. Business Development

  • Work with Digital performance directors to identify opportunities for upselling performance digital services across SEM, display, and social buying
  • New Business – contribute to presenting OMG performance capabilities in pitches
  • Contribute to the development of team members, their knowledge, and progression.

3. Agency Development

  • Foster a culture that enables sharing, innovation, and pro-activeness
  • Develop our capability to manage client investment in the most efficient and effective manner across response channels
  • Build excellent relationships with teams within the agencies
  • Advise and support planners in making strategic decisions and assist with major projects as necessary.
  • Ensure connected and integrated working practices between the performance and biddable solutions teams
  • Actively represent your discipline within the wider agency; ensuring knowledge is shared out and a good base level of knowledge is developed at all levels.
  • Work collaboratively with the Campaign Management team to ensure that we are set up for success in terms of reporting and learning.

4. Talent Development

  • Act as a mentor, example, and coach for junior team members.
  • Be an approachable and supportive resource for all teams
  • Encourage and develop talent.

  • Good commercial skills and strength with numbers, excel, and adapting to new tools and systems
  • Have strong organizational skills, being able to manage multiple projects at once
  • 2 years minimum experience in a similar role
