Mediaworks, a part of Core, are currently looking to hire a Digital Client Manager to join their team. In this role, a successful candidate will be responsible for the development and management of digital media strategies for award winning clients within Mediaworks.

This role assumes responsibility for integrating digital aspects of media campaign activity for multiple client accounts. The role will also act as a point of contact for clients surrounding the day-to-day account management activity. It requires management of processes, excellent attention to detail and time management skills to ensure best in class delivery for clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The role of Digital Client Manager assumes the following responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of clients’ business and marketplace, and digital’s role in meeting business objectives
  • Ownership of the creation of the digital media plan, working closely with Investment and all Central Teams to ensure efficient delivery of the media planning process
  • Project manage campaigns from start to finish including the creation of the digital media strategy, dealing with client queries, manage campaign amendments and ensuring plans are audit ready
  • Ensure the continuous delivery of the highest standard of output – in particular with the development and execution of our media plans and reports
  • Along with the Client Director(s), manage workflow for the team and the many integral teams we collaborate with at Core
  • Ensure strong and highly collaborative relationships with media owners to ensure the highest standard of innovation and delivery
  • Analyse and understand the reports generated and use the data to provide insights and identify clear actions to be taken
  • Collection and reconciliation of client POs along with ensuring effective and efficient month-end billing

YOUR PROFILE

  • Previous digital media experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in digital media planning and buying for a minimum of two years
  • Knowledge of the broader digital disciplines is very beneficial. This is a generalist digital role, but understanding the working and theory of things like PPC, programmatic, paid social etc will help.
  • Previous experience in a client service role
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good presentation skills
