In this role, you will manage the display media booking, buying, campaign implementation and reporting process across a portfolio of clients within the iProspect division of dentsu.

Job Title: Digital Activation Executive


Your Main Areas of Responsibility and Accountability:

  • Work with broader display and / or client teams on the booking and implementation of display campaigns in accordance with a client-approved media plan to defined SLAs
  • Accurate inputting and validation of all necessary details on agency systems as part of the overall campaign implementation process
  • Implementation of all aspects of the display / digital buying process from finance right through to campaign go live
  • Brief and manage campaign trafficking team to ensure successful campaign go live in accordance with plan and campaign timelines
  • Manage the campaign change process whilst in-campaign (creative swaps etc.)
  • Pulling together and compilation of reports (go live, in-campaign, post-campaign etc.)
  • Communicate the status of campaigns as they go through the campaign lifecycle
  • Flag, escalate and resolve issues as and when required


What You’ll Produce:

  • Smooth delivery of display campaign go lives in accordance with SLAs in place
  • Efficient implementation of campaign changes to brief
  • Campaign audit trails across all agency systems that are consistent, accurate and in line with agency processes
  • Process improvements

  • Problem solving skills

  • Knowledge of display media and adtech landscape (preferred but not required)
  • Technical understanding and knowledge of digital performance marketing (preferred but not required)
