The opportunity to join the agency’s Business Partnership team is now open for application. As Client Manager, you will manage multiple work streams - working with experienced specialists across creative, social, content, strategy and tech.
Our Client Managers are expected to lead the internal processes of their client portfolio; from resourcing agency departments to managing invoicing and dealing with day-to-day requests. They are the crucial right hand of their Client Directors and play an integral part in the running of their accounts. The role requires a clear understanding of the rhythm and nuances of their client’s business leading to the trust and reliance of junior to mid-level clients.
We are looking for someone who has self-confidence, an assertive demeanour and strong people skills. Self-reliance and focus are additional key traits needed.
Role Requirements
- Full understanding of digital and social channels, formats and production processes
- Strong organisational, financial and project planning skills
- Inherent appreciation of creative problem solving
- Natural and clear communicator
- Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
Preferred Experience & Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in an agency or brand-side – media, creative or digital
- BSc degree in marketing or related fields
