The primary responsibility of the ad ops manager is to ensure efficiency and accuracy in the team’s work.


• Managing the workflow across over 150 advertiser’s online display and video campaigns.

• Ad trafficking and management of campaigns.

• Quality control and continuous training with the team.

• Analysing advertising data.

• Implementing new ad technologies.

• Providing technical support internally with the programmatic, social, video, creative, data, and planning teams.

• Creating efficiencies and always finding better ways of getting things done.

• Collaborate with other teams to refine processes and ways of working together.

Knowledge and Requirements

• Delivers high quality work demonstrating an exceptional attention to detail.

• Digital trafficking experience in an agency or publisher.

• Deep understanding of 3rd party tracking ad server(s) such as DoubleClick campaign manager, Flashtalking, Sizmek, or DFP.

• Site tagging, SDK, GTM, and Google Analytics experience.

• Strong ability to consolidate information and work with multiple data points using Microsoft Excel.

• Reporting and attribution – expert in online conversion reporting.

• The successful candidate should be proactive, and take ownership of projects

• Ability to problem solve, consult, and advise on best practice solutions.

• Contributes to a fun, yet hardworking culture.

• Programmatic knowledge desirable.

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in ad operations or a similar role is required.
