Havas Media Ireland are looking for a talented Ad Ops Manager who is looking to progress their career by joining our multi-award winning digital performance team.

Purpose of the Role

You will have oversight of the entire trafficking process across all clients. You will work with team members and other internal groups to make sure issues and questions are addressed and resolved in a timely manner. You will also work very closely with the Media Planning and Buying team to ensure that media plans are clearly understood, creatives are tested and that all deliverables are being met within the agreed SLA. In addition, you will also address day-to-day issues and questions, assisting with troubleshooting technical issues, ad serving errors and reporting discrepancies. Other responsibilities include communicating ideas for improving and refining workflow process and assisting with the training of other team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting up and trafficking ads for client campaigns

• Creating tags and working with clients through implementation and testing

• Maintaining SLAs and client expectations

• Troubleshooting and providing advice on tagging issues, discrepancies between platforms or problems with data layer infrastructure, tag management events etc

• Auditing client tagging set-ups

• Build relationships with the internal Client Planning and Activation teams

Key Experience & Skills Required:

• Extensive experience working day-to-day with ad servers (DCM, Sizmek etc)

• Strong experience with tag management solutions

• Knowledge of building, configuring and transitioning ad servers

• Experience linking ad server to activation platforms, specifically across the DoubleClick stack including GA360

• Working knowledge of Google Analytics & similar platforms.

• Knowledge of JavaScript and HTML

• 3 years or more in advertising operations


• Experience in site auditing and schematic design for tag management set up, including Floodlight generation, both on websites and native mobile apps

• Knowledge of rich media executions

• Demonstrated application of scripts for automation

• Exposure to DCO (dynamic creative optimisation)
