An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Account Manager in our new exciting, fast-paced advertising agency. We are a full service agency that offers a wide range of advertising, design and digital services in addition to developing and implementing marketing campaigns for a huge range of FMCG, OTC and prescription brands.

In this challenging position, the successful candidate will:

  • Work with a diverse and high profile client base and will play a key role in the successful delivery of customer projects.
  • Will be responsible for implementing tactical marketing plans for a variety of projects and ensuring that all projects are completed within budget and the required timelines.
  • Take a consultative stance, develop an understanding of the customers’ requirements and assist to deliver tailored marketing solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service the needs of all assigned clients, managing day-to-day relationships and campaign roll-outs.
  • Assist in the management of client campaigns from brief through to final delivery.
  • Be a liaison between the client and the creative teams.
  • Ensure accurate material updates and amendments, with a high level of attention to detail required at all times.
  • Monitor media plans for clients, ensuring timely despatch of relevant ads.
  • Engage with relevant suppliers for print, media etc. Support the account team with account quoting, forecasting and monthly billing requirements

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written English and communication skills.
  • Client focussed with excellent client facing skills.
  • Quality conscious with excellent attention to detail. Calm under pressure, with an ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Ability to learn quickly.
  • Highly computer literate including a proficiency in MS Excel and Word and use of iPads/tablets and other mobile devices.
  • Digital Marketing - some experience with SEO, social media, PPC and Analytics
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as on your own initiative.
  • Excellent time management, organisational and administration skills.

Education and Experience:

  • Third level qualification in business or marketing discipline is desirable.
  • Bachelor's (required)
