Job Description:

Working within a team, this role will see you interacting with your clients on a daily basis and being the lynchpin within the team and the specialists across DAN to ensure holistic cross platform campaigns. You will handle day to day account management, identify insights and learnings to help optimise client campaigns, feed into media strategies and handle the financial tracking of the campaigns. You will be managing a number of accounts where the role of your team will be to establish and deliver strategies, which will drive business value to these client partners across both markets.

At Vizeum, we are seeking someone who has the ambition to continuously learn and develop, has a strong interest in digital, and who holds high client service standards. Whilst agency experience within a media or digital agency is ideal, we also welcome applications from other disciplines, which have enabled you to develop your analytical skills and digital knowledge.

Purpose of the Role:

Own the media implementation process and act as coordinator to deliver a range of media services in an organised way to clients. Role model the behaviours and decision-making capabilities required to enable collaboration across teams, specialists and brands.

Your Main Areas of Responsibility & Accountability:
Client Planning
Receive client briefs and translate client brief into detailed internal brief (using CCS Planner) which is used to brief all DAN specialist areas: AV, Offline, Display, Paid Social, PPC, Partnerships clients are meeting their profitability targets. For some clients, be the main contact with specialists as they ask questions around the brief.

For some clients, collate the specialist media plans into an overall composite plan with accompanying rationale (client presentation if relevant). Liaise with all specialists to ensure all media plans are accurate.

For some clients, oversee any changes of strategy and media plan between client and specialists

Client Management
For some clients, be the main point of contact for clients and have the ability to understand client requirements, assess if it is within scope (liaising with BD if required), and decide the most effective way to answer the question.

Be able to answer client questions on all specialist areas (PPC, Display, Paid Social, AV, Partnerships) and only involve specialists with clients when there is a real need to do so.

For some clients, manage PCA process – delivering a PCA to the client, working with your direct team (AM, AE) and all specialists.

Deliver client updates, review of competitive activity

Set up MX code for all relevant media including PO numbers

Send non- costed plans to creative agency and be the liaise with clients if there are any issues with creative availability

Send client team confirmation that campaigns are live

Reconcile MX v PO v media plan amounts

Construct client PCA’s and competitive reviews

Ensuring that the AE direct reports are skilled up and supporting with up-skilling as required

Operational Finance
Responsible for accurate and timely invoicing to our clients. Ensure media plans match MX and invoices are accurate
