Working across all media channels but with a specific focus on digital channels (display, video, native, audio and social media) the Account Director will be responsible for the planning, delivery and management of digital advertising campaigns for a range of top brands.

The successful candidate will collaborate with colleagues, both within the client teams and within specialist digital services, to deliver excellent client service and results.

Its key for the candidate to keep up to date on all aspects of the ever-evolving digital media landscape to enable them to inform clients on effective strategy.

The role involves working with junior colleagues to help train and develop their skills in digital media planning and client service with further opportunities to take on people management.

The role reports into the Head of Digital.

Key responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute and manage digital campaigns for key clients.
  • Manage and maintain exceptional relations with key clients by continually delivering excellent client service.
  • Manage and maintain exceptional relations with digital publishers and agency partners to ensure effective campaign execution.
  • Regular communication (and face-to face meetings as required) with client teams.
  • Ensure work is delivered on time and exceeds expectations in terms of quality of insight and ease of understanding.
  • Contribute creative & innovative thinking by understanding the latest developments across all digital media and being able to effectively communicate the opportunities to clients.
  • Provide consumer, competitor and vertical insight as required to support the digital media strategy and ensure integration into the strategic planning process.
  • Analysis and reporting of campaign data, providing recommendations for future investment and feeding back learnings.
  • Day to day management of accounts to include budget, forecasts and financial process.
