You will build and grow the creative, strategic and commercial ambition of your Clients business and manage a team who deliver on that ambition for the Client and Rothco.   • Overall responsibility for running your Client accounts which includes maintaining and pushing the highest standards of creativity, creative & strategic thinking and commercial efficiencies on a daily basis.
  • Grow and maintain the Client accounts you are responsible for.
  • Lead & direct your Client Group team and the project Gang with a holistic view of the project and account.
  • Establish and own strong personal & working relationships with designated Client contacts. Striving to protect and grow the agency’s relationships with its current client base.
  • Work with the Business Directors and MDs to grow existing and potential Client business.
  • Balance the dual expectations and business goals of the Client and agency. Anticipating and addressing potential Client relationship & revenue issues.
  • Lead with confidence, authority and level-headed decision-making as the agency’s leadership voice on assigned accounts. Whilst leading the positive, spirited debate of ideas and points-of-view in order to push the agency to achieve our goals.
  • Participate in the active management of you your Client Group team, recognizing their strengths and helping them develop further.
  • Be responsible for maximising Agency revenue, growing Client business and participating in new business activities.
  • Work with the senior leadership team across the agency to continual grow and optimise our business offering and standards.

  • At least 6 years relevant experience
  • A proven track record of delivering work that makes a difference to Clients business
  • Proven experience in successfully owning, maintaining and growing Client relationships
  • Proven experience of developing high performance multi-disciplinary teams
  • Proven experience in creating and managing comms campaigns for Clients
  • Proven experience in creating and managing digital & social comms for Clients
  • Proven commercial and business success on Clients business
  • Proven experience in day to day Client and account management
