Fiona Field, MD, OMD Ireland

Fiona Field is MD of OMD Ireland. Prior to this, Fiona was Deputy Managing Director of Mediaworks and a Board Director and shareholder of OwensDDB and has over 20 years industry experience. A current board member of IAPI, which is the leading representative and advocacy organisation for the Irish marketing and communications sector, Fiona is passionate about elevating standards in the industry and serves on the diversity and inclusion committee for OMG Ireland.

Fiona thrives on the diverse and challenging nature of the media industry, whilst particularly enjoying the innovative and strategic planning side of the business. Fiona has won multiple industry awards and is a regular commentator on advertising industry related issues in Ireland.

Lisa Tully, Digital Marketing Manager, Lifestyle Sports

Lisa is the Digital Marketing Manager at Life Style Sports. Before moving brand-side Lisa worked at leading Digital agencies in both Dublin & New York City where she fell in love with the ever evolving Media industry.

Lisa is passionate about all things digital and always enjoys getting stuck into the next challenging project. Most of all, Lisa loves finding new and creative ways to bring her ideas to life through the various technologies and channels available. Lisa has won numerous industry awards and holds a Masters degree in Digital Marketing.

Doug Farrell, Group Head of Digital Advertising Strategy, DMG Media

Doug Farrell has worked in Media for over 23 years’ and has experience in the advertising sales, ad tech and digital advertising strategy. Doug has worked in a series of roles including digital sales, key account management, advertising strategy and digital advertising design consultancy. Over the last ten years Doug has been in charge of all digital commercial activities for DMG Media - MailOnline.co.uk /EVOKE.ie / Extra.ie/ Rollercoaster.ie / One Fab Day.com.

Most recently Doug oversaw the adoption of the IAB Gold Standard which promotes brand safety, transparency and data protection. DMG Media was the first IAB member in Ireland to receive Gold Standard accreditation earlier this year.

Doug is a Board Director of IAB Ireland, Co-Chair IAB Programmatic Trading Council, member of the IAB Native Council, member of the IAB Publisher Council, digital speaker with the Association of Online Publishers in the UK, IAB, Newsbrands Ireland, member of the Nielsen Digital Group and Newsbrands Tech Committee, Doug also hold an honours degree in Marketing.

Duncan Graham, MD, Retail Excellence

Originally from Nottingham, Duncan Graham has acquired a wealth of experience in Irish retail since his arrival in Cork in 1996 where he spent two years running the Marks and Spencer store before relocating to Dublin.

Since then he has worked with Brown Thomas as general manager before becoming CEO of a ladieswear company. From 2011-2020, he was responsible for the expansion of the Specsavers brand across Ireland, Scotland and Spain before being appointed MD of Retail Excellence in July 2020.
