Iapi invites you to join us for The Effectiveness Agenda - the launch event for our new Effectiveness Foundations Year, bringing together leading voices and proven case studies on how marketing drives real business results.
Siobhán Masterson, CEO, will provide an overview of Iapi’s new biennial Effie model, outlining the Effectiveness Foundation Year and how the industry will engage with effectiveness through a dedicated learning and thought leadership year-long programme culminating with The Culture of Effectiveness conference on 20th October 2026. We will then see the return of the Effie Awards Ireland in 2027.
The event will feature a keynote from Beth Marchant, Senior Strategist, Global Partnerships at System1, presenting new research from the forthcoming book The Creative Dividend by Effie and System1. This major new publication combines large-scale creative measurement with effectiveness case evidence to demonstrate how creativity and media work best together. The research provides practical tools to help marketers defend long-term investment, improve the quality of their work and make advertising a dependable driver of growth.
We will host an Effie Winners Showcase, featuring selected 2025 Effie Awards Ireland winners, who will share the strategic thinking and commercial impact behind their work offering real-world learning for marketers and agencies alike.
We will also spotlight selected 2025 Effie-winning campaigns, unpacking the strategy and commercial impact behind their success, followed by a focused panel discussion with senior industry leaders on how to build marketing effectiveness in practice.
- Alex Glover, Client Director at Core and Damien Dineen, Head of Marketing with National Broadband Ireland will present their work, ‘The Fibre Forecast’ which won two Gold Effies.
- Rory Hamilton, Chief Creative Officer + Founder and Shaunagh Farrelly, Senior Strategist from Boys+Girls will present “NOW You Know How Owl & Fox Delivered Growth” which won a Gold Effie in the Leisure category for NOW TV.

The Effectiveness Agenda is brought to you in partnership with RTÉ and supported by Allianz, Ipsos B&A and An Post.
Beth helps the world’s biggest brands, agencies, and media owners put marketing effectiveness at the core of their business through creativity and emotion. As part of System1’s Global Partnerships team, she leads thought leadership projects with partners like ITV, TikTok and JCDecaux, transforming the world’s largest emotional effectiveness database into compelling insights that shape the future of advertising.
Before System1, she spent six years agency-side making bold, entertaining work that didn’t take itself too seriously. She also produced Call to Action® - a top marketing podcast that Mark Ritson called “a genuine highlight”.
