She and has run her own consultancy business, Evolve Consult for over 10 years having previously transformed and sold her manufacturing business in 2011. Louisa is a Course Director for the CIM Strategic Marketing diploma, the Marketing Leadership Programme.

Louisa delivers strategic planning consulting, marketing communications development, coaching and mentoring interventions with a range of clients in various sectors. She has deep experience and knowledge of working with small to medium sized organisations, and a real understanding of the challenges and opportunities that business owners face.

Louisa graduated from Ashridge Business School in May 2011 and was listed in the Management Today/Sunday Times ’35 women under 35’.
