Abi Moran is the CEO of Folk VML and became IAPI Board President in January 2024. With over 20 years in brand strategy and advertising, Abi has led iconic campaigns for brands including Vodafone, An Post, and Tesco. She has an unwavering belief in the industry's power to drive both commercial growth and societal change, promoting a collaborative environment to create ideas that become part of culture and push national conversations forward.
JENNIFER ENGLISH, GLOBAL BRAND DIRECTOR, JOHNNIE WALKER
Jennifer English is the Global Brand Director for Johnnie Walker, the world’s No.1 Scotch whisky brand. Since September 2023, she has led its global strategic direction with a focus on innovation and growth across 180 countries, building on two decades of experience at Diageo. In previous roles, she drove significant growth for brands like Baileys, achieving B Corp certification and repositioning it as an adult treat, and contributed to the success of Guinness and Tanqueray.
MARK SHANLEY, EXECUTIVE CREATIVE DIRECTOR, ADAM&EVEDDB
Mark Shanley is an Executive Creative Director at adam&eveDDB, and a firm believer that "nobody wants to see your ad, so it better be good." He is renowned for innovative advertising campaigns that challenge conventional norms, with notable projects for Pot Noodle and the V&A that have provoked strong reactions and discussions. Before his current role, he was a Creative Director at Wieden+Kennedy, where he developed brilliant campaigns for Nike, including "Nothing Beats a Londoner."
RONAN NULTY, EXECUTIVE CREATIVE DIRECTOR, PUBLICIS DUBLIN
Ronan Nulty is the Executive Creative Director of Publicis Dublin, which stands as Ireland's most internationally awarded agency. Under his leadership, the agency has garnered significant accolades, including 8 Cannes Lions, a Grand Prix at the Clios and Eurobest, and 8 One Show Pencils in 2024 alone. Publicis Dublin has also been recognised as Ireland’s No. 1 Creative Agency for three consecutive years in a row at the LBB Immortals. They are shortlisted for Titanium at this year’s Cannes Lions with their Pub Succession campaign for Heineken Ireland.
RORY GALLERY, CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER, SPECIAL NEW ZEALAND
Originally from Ireland, Rory Gallery currently leads the strategy department at Special Auckland, New Zealand, after working at agencies in Dublin, Sydney, and London. He has a proven track record of creating highly successful campaigns for major brands such as Air New Zealand, Guinness, and Tourism New Zealand, earning numerous prestigious awards including Cannes Lions, D&AD, and One Show Pencils. Notably, he was part of the team at AMV BBDO that won over 100 creative awards for Guinness's 'Made of More' campaign.
SINEAD GILL-MOLONY, DIRECTOR OF PR AND MEDIA RELATIONS, SMURFIT WESTROCK
Sinead Gill-Molony is the Director of PR and Media Relations at Smurfit Westrock, a position she has held since 2024, where she is responsible for managing the company's press office. Prior to joining Smurfit Westrock in 2016, Sinead gained valuable experience in communications and PR roles at the Taxback Group and Davy.
