Barbara began her career in the world of finance, then moved into IT and finally to the training world. Having spent 10 years with a global training organisation delivering Leadership and Presentation Skills training in Ireland and across Europe, she set up On Your Feet in 2010.
Barbara and her team work with a wide range of corporate, SME and individual clients, helping them to get on their feet and get their message across with impact.
With the new working from home culture, she continues to help people communicate with impact, whether on their feet or in their seat!
Barbara holds several teaching qualifications and has studied the Psychology of Interpersonal Communications in UCD. She has been a TEDx speaker coach on several occasions and delivered a TEDx talk in Dublin in 2016.
