This mentorship programme aimed at bringing upcoming IAPI members who are starting out in their careers together with experienced industry professionals.
Mentors will share their learnings with Mentees - fostering new relationships across the commercial creative sector.

Speed Mentoring allows industry professionals, or 'Mentors', to share their knowledge and experience with Junior Level professionals, or 'Mentees', that are seeking insights on career development.
This online speed mentoring event is a focused exchange of ideas between Mentees and Mentors in a series of quick-fire conversations via Breakout Rooms in Zoom. To get the opportunity to speak to each Mentor, each Mentee switches rooms every five minutes.
We are looking for mentees who are starting out in their career at a junior level;
Account / Media Executives, Junior Creatives, Copywriters.
Trying to progress in your career is difficult, it’s easier to do this with a helping hand. A Mentor’s advice can be beneficial in helping you take the next step in your career. This event should enable you to connect with and learn from other industry professionals and their experiences.
We are looking for Mentors with circa 5 years + experience. We want those who are not overly senior, it’s far more important for you to have a keen interest in talent development. Ideally;
Middle Management, Account, Media, Creative Directors or Team Leads.
Those of you who have already mentored will be well aware of the benefits of taking on a mentoring role but for the novices (you are very welcome too); there are many benefits, including widening your understanding of the industry, taking part in shaping the culture of the industry, honing your interpersonal skills, plus the personal satisfaction of supporting the development of others.
