This one hour seminar will be led by David W Duffy the CEO of The Governance Company and author of "A Practical Guide to Corporate Governance" and "A Practical Guide for Company Directors" published by Chartered Accountants Ireland.

David is Ireland's leading author on corporate governance and is a regular advisor to organisations both nationally and internationally. His latest book "A Practical Guide for Company Directors" was published by Chartered Accountants Ireland.
He is a graduate in Business from Trinity College Dublin and holds an MBA from IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland. He is also a Chartered Accountant.
David is the Founder & CEO of The Governance Company which provides online and offline training and development support for directors, non-executive director support (NED) support and consulting services. The Governance Company recently launched NED Talks which aims to make corporate governance, engaging, stimulating and fun.
