Who is this qualification for?
As an essential qualification, the learning is applicable to all agency staff, especially for anyone in a client-facing role who is keen to develop their commercial acumen. The qualification will help you to build better client relations, negotiate more effectively, and understand how best to maximise the link between creativity and profitability.

IPA members can access this qualification at any time in the year. Candidates can access and download the learning through the IPA website on any device, or via the IPA Learning app.
The 10-hours of online learning is examined via a 30-minute multiple-choice online exam and all candidates must pass two mid-module quizzes to unlock the final exam.
Non-members must book onto an intake and complete the online learning and final exam before their intake closes.
Candidates who achieve a pass grade of 75% in the final exam will be awarded a digital certificate of completion and 1 MIPA star towards personal accreditation.
