With this ground-breaking piece of legislation on the horizon in June 2025, it's time to move beyond mere compliance and embrace a culture of true inclusion.

Sinéad Burke
Sinéad Burke is founder and CEO of Tilting the Lens, a consultancy founded in 2020 with the ambition to create equitable and systemic change through the lever of accessibility. With a majority-Disabled team based across Belfast, Berlin, Glasgow, London, and Trim, they craft solutions with Disabled people to build an accessible and equitable world.
The organisation was established on the pillars of education, advocacy, and design, partnering and guiding brands in their move from awareness to action to support their employees, customers, and stakeholders to thrive.
Sinéad works on global and local projects with clients on 4 continents across business, media, public sector, the arts, academia, and non-profit sectors, such as A-Frame, Balenciaga, Capri, The Crown Estate, Chanel, Ford Foundation, Gucci, ITV, Jo Malone London, LAIKA, Mattel, Microsoft, NASA, Netflix, Parsons School of Design, Pinterest, Ralph Lauren, Soho House, Starbucks, Unilever, and the V&A. The work ranges from creating more accessible environments (such as headquarters, retail, production, film sets, hotels and nightclubs, galleries, playgrounds and other public spaces); building confidence in employing Disabled people and advising on required systemic changes within the recruitment journey, workflows, and culture to set Disabled talent up for success.
Sinéad has also hosted the podcast ‘As Me with Sinéad Burke’ for Lemonada Media, and published a best-selling and award-winning book for children, ‘Break the Mould’.
Jason Smyth MBE
Jason is a former Paralympian, with an undefeated 18-year career that includes 21 gold medals, six of which were won at the Paralympic Games. His achievements extend beyond the track; he won Ireland's Dancing with the Stars in 2024 and was awarded an MBE in 2022 for his contributions to sport. Today, Jason channels his experience and passion in helping others unlock their potential through his roles in strategy, corporate consulting, storytelling and advocacy, championing inclusion and excellence in every arena.
Sarah Fleury, Diageo
As well as leading the global digital strategy for Baileys, Sarah is co-lead of Diageo’s Global Progressive Marketing agenda, and spearheads the accessibility workstream. She represents Diageo on both the Ad Accessibility Network Steering Group and Digital working group. As well as championing accessibility on Baileys, Sarah has led a global roll out of accessibility training across Diageo with 1000 marketers and agency partners trained in 2025. Sarah joined Diageo seven years ago as Head of Marketing for the Guinness Storehouse, and transformed it from visitor attraction to e-commerce powerhouse and the largest D2C platform in Diageo. Prior to Diageo, she worked in global, regional and market roles in Johnson & Johnson, Kerry and Philips.
Liam El Sibai, Diageo
Experienced Media and Digital Executive with a demonstrated history of working in various industries across a range of markets. Passionate about Inclusion and Diversity, using brands as advocates for positive societal change. Winner of this year's MII AIMS Emerging Talent Award. Liam was recently promoted to Senior Brand Manager, taking on an exciting new role in Tequila at Diageo Ireland, working across iconic brands like Don Julio and Casamigos.
Nicole Afflick, Flock Associates
Nicole is a strategic-thinker led by curiosity and creativity. She started her career focusing on leading in-house marketing activities such as SEO, PPC, strategy, design, app design, email & social media marketing. In the past 5 years Nicole has delivered a variety of projects from Global Ecosystem Optimization to Multi-market Creative & Media pitches.
She has been a great partner to a diverse set of clients such as Amazon, Grupo Bimbo, Pandora, BlackRock, PepsiCo, Philips and many more. She has written thought leadership whitepapers for ISBA focusing on representation in the industry, and has led internal innovative initiatives on AI integration within Flock.
Sandra Lema Trillo, Flock Associates
Sandra is a seasoned professional with a wealth of experience in global & local communication strategy and media. She has a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and communications transformations. Her career spans several prominent roles at agencies in UK and Spain and has expertise across a wide range of industries.
Sandra has deep expertise and interest in the drivers of business growth and consumer behaviour. Her leadership and strategic vision have been instrumental in shaping successful business transformations, marketing campaigns and fostering innovation within her teams.
