‘We See You Network’

Three’s ‘We See You Network’ Campaign was a big winner at the 2023 Women’s Football Awards in London last week.

The Campaign developed by Boys + Girls, as part of their activation of Three’s Sponsorship of Chelsea, was the winner of the hard fought ‘Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Award’ beating brands like Heineken, Twitter, Pepsi and the Premier League for the coveted prize.

The awards are the standout night in the Women’s Football Calendar with the star studded event hosted by Eni Aluko and Jamie Carragher.

As a proud sponsor of the Chelsea mens and women’s football teams, Three wanted to put Chelsea women and women in sport on a pedestal to recognise and showcase the amazing talent that exists in and around the game.

Three put out a call to women in sport, but especially football to step up, stand out, be seen. The #WeSeeYou Network was created as a positive, culture-shifting initiative, building a long-term community of role models and a culture of recognition for more women in sports, at all levels.

Launching in November 2022, the #WSYN aimed to build a long-term community of role models and a culture of recognition for more women in sport.

With connection at the heart of the campaign, women were encouraged to nominate themselves or someone in their network who they felt deserved to be recognised.

Three is incredibly proud of the platform and its contribution to women in sport so far. The community has grown in strength and over 700 incredible women have been introduced to the world and celebrated.

90 winners were selected and one nominee across each category was chosen for a grand mentorship award.

There were over 100,000 visitors to the hub and 8.5million views of the launch video.

A content series featuring CFCW players Sam Kerr, Erin Cuthbert, Kadeisha Buchannen, Chelsea fans, and grassroots players and coaches reached 784,000 views.

The campaign drove talk-ability with 1,202 pieces of coverage with 26million earned reach.

As the story continues into the experience phase for the women selected we are excited to help these women connect with each other and reach more people to motivate, guide and inspire the next generation of women in sport.
