NEAL CUMMINS, Head of Integrated Comms
Cummins steps into a newly created Agency Leadership role designed to further strengthen THINKHOUSE’s capacity for its growing domestic and international client base.
Neal brings almost two decades of experience across senior in-house and agency roles with agencies including Fleishman Hillard, Sky and Navy Blue. At Sky, Cummins spearheaded its communications and sponsorship efforts. He was responsible for Sky’s historic partnership with the Republic of Ireland Women’s National football team, making Sky their first ever standalone primary partner, as well as the addition of the Men’s National football team to Sky’s sponsorship portfolio.
Prior to Sky, Cummins was a Director at the global communications agency, Fleishman Hillard, where he led the agency’s sports and sponsorship division for over five years, working with a range of clients including, Aviva, Cadbury, Communicorp, EA Games, Google and P&G. He has also led award-winning campaigns for brands like Cadbury, SKODA, Bauer, Digicel and SuperValu.

ANDY FORSHAW, Creative Director
Andy Forshaw joins THINKHOUSE as Creative Director, an additional, senior Creative Director role added to further strengthen THINKHOUSE’s creative capacity. With over 15 years of experience across design, branding, art direction, animation, film and illustration, Andy has worked in creative leadership positions with agencies including The Tenth Man (Dublin), Liquid (Liverpool) and Future Design in (Stockport).
His work combines strong design craft with culture led storytelling, developed through collaborations across sport, fashion, music, retail and the public sector. He has worked on global brands such as Guinness, Adidas and the NHS and, over the past year, has delivered campaigns for JD Group, Liverpool Football Club, Guinness, Jameson, Champion and Grosvenor Property Developments.
