The past year has been another record one for Dublin-based strategic creative branding agency Dynamo. Always on the hunt for talented individuals who can help the agency widen its skillset and grow its offering, Dynamo has expanded its already dynamic creative team by 20 percent with six key hires in the last number of months.

Dynamo has welcomed the following six members to its team: Michael Browne as Strategy Director, who joined Dynamo from strategic planning agency MCCP; Seán Timbs as Communications Creative, who previously worked in Publicis; Mathilde Paus as Senior Account Manager, who joined Dynamo from Folk Wunderman Thompson; Sarah Spain as Account Director, who previously worked in William Grant & Sons; Rebecca Egan as Senior Account Manager, who came from JKR in London; and Sofia Verger as Brand Designer, who worked in agencies in Spain, Australia and Dublin before joining Dynamo. The team will also welcome Ross Giles as Creative Lead in July. Ross joins from In the Company of Huskies, where he is currently a Senior Art Director.

The growing team will be working alongside Managing Director Róisín Ní Ráighne, Deputy Managing Director Conor Wynne, Creative Director Aisling Walsh, Director of Communications Siobhan Lavery, and Finance Director Rosemary Faulkner, along with Founder and now Chairman Jamie Helly to continue to reshape the business into a multi-skilled, responsive agency that brings strategic communications and customer insight right to the beginning of their brand creation process.

This year has seen Dynamo deliver exciting new digital transformation projects for clients such as Bushmills and The Sexton whiskey as well as campaigns for AIB, Four Star Pizza and Goffs Bloodstock Sales. They have also recently retained the Fáilte Ireland brand design account, having been the incumbent agency since 2020, and welcomed new clients Webdoctor Ltd and Thérapie medical aesthetic clinic. Existing clients include Mark Anthony Brands International, DAAGroup, Laya Healthcare, Green Isle Foods and Haven Pharmacy.

The agency is also making waves on the international creative scene, winning two recent global creative awards – a Gold award for Beekon Batches at the European Transform Awards, and an American Package Design Award at the GDUSA Awards for Irish beauty brand The Handmade Soap Company. It has also been shortlisted for the Dieline Awards for Dubliner Irish Whiskey.

This month also sees a new rebrand for Dynamo, which reflects this evolving agency’s forward-thinking outlook.
