This Chair Yoga sequence incorporates mindfulness, releases tense shoulders, neck and upper back, moves the spine in all its ranges of motion for spinal health, stretches out the stiffness, builds core, leg and glute strength as well as promoting good posture.
Melissa Curtis has been teaching yoga since 2002 and is a fully trained Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Pre & Postnatal, Fertility, Pilates, Kids Yoga teacher. She is also a Senior Teacher with Yoga Alliance UK Professionals and is very involved in bringing Chair Yoga to the corporate world and nursing homes.
